Default Partitioning Help

I've only recently heard about what Partitions are.

Now I would like to partition my HardDrive, but i was a little scared to do it so i decided to come here for help; Heres my details:

HardDrive: 80 Gigabytes
Current Status: 1 Partition (80gigs), Win XP OS installed.
Wanted: 2 Partitions (Partition A 20gigs, Partition B 60gigs). Partition A has XP Installed, Partition B has LinSpire Installed.

I have 14gigs free on my computer.
I want to move some of these files onto PartB, and leave most in PartA.
I have PartitionMagic 8.0 installed.. But when i tried to create a new Partition, the maximum size was 1.9gigs; Remembering i want 60 :P

I really would like someone to help me step-by-step on getting this setup
I would be VERY appreciative.

Cheers,
CaptainAsh

Change: PartA 60gigs, PartB 20gigs.. just reverse it all.
