paasonic toughbook cf28 frozen

Hi everyone I have a Panasonic tough book cf28 running windows xp which has frozen on my home page with a message at the bottom saying error on page. the mouse is frozen and will not let me re boot that way, and it will not let me power off from the main power button any suggestions welcomed please, thanks Chris

So holding the power button for 10 seconds does nothing? if so, you could be experiencing motherboard issues.
