Default Oulook Express on Vista Basic??

I just got a new laptop running Vista Basic and would like to know if it is possible to install Outlook Express?? I have read it is no longer supported by MS.

I have set up Outlook, but loved the feature in OE that I could create a new mail for multiple sending’s, i.e. Job application and CV.
And its a simple program to use
If so, where can I safely download this?

Is there another programme where I can use a similar facility?

Windows Mail is the 'built in' email client in Vista and I believe it has the same or mostly the same features as OE.

I want to slide in sideways, worn out, used up, hair a mess, clothes tattered, & screaming, "Whooo! What a ride!"
