Default OS X on PC???

I know there is something in the EULA about this crap, but can it be done with a AMD powered laptop that currently runs Win 7 with ease (its quad core, 8 GB ram, HD 4250, 1TB HDD). I am just wanting to have the ease of use of parts replacement of PC and the OS of MAC. And mac is cheaper than Windows.
so, can it be done minus the legality issues involved.

IBM laptop and HP laptop (junk when started, everything is branded now).

Main toys:
78 K20. 400SBC Dual Quads, Muncie 4 speed, NP 205, Dana 60's at both ends with 4.11 gears.
86 F250. 540 horse crate 460 and ZF6. Dana 70 rear with 3.73 gears. dual stacks to vent the dual quads lol.

Default Re: OS X on PC???

It can be done but only a limited range of motherboards allow it AFAIK.

And I think that's as much as I can say here on this topic
Lenovo ThinkPad T410 - i7 620M - 8GB RAM - Crucial M4 120GB SSD - 250GB 2nd drive - Intel HD 3000 GPU - 1440x900 - Windows 7/8
