Operating system problem???

ok i need some help again i reformatted my computer last night and reinstalled windows XP everything went fine but now if i let the computer sit for 5-10 minutes and i go to load any programs or task manger it just sits there and wont load anything unless i restart it then the same thing happens if i let it just sit???


any suggestions????
