hello all, i'm rather new to these forums so please call me the ubernoob when I don't post things in the right area.
Here's a good one for you, not a problem just something that bothers the heck outta me. We currently have exchange 2007 with a mixed office 2003/2007 environment. Now, I get a call from a user that's complaining about their e-mail being slow, so i look and they have a 5GB OST. What's interesting is that their inbox is only 400 MB on the exchange server. Why in the world would this user have an extra 4.5 GB of blank space in an OST? Is it something with jet not purging?
Any extra helpful info would be appreciated.
