Default nvlddmkm.sys

I get this BSOD error when playing games generally... i've tried replacing the file, deleting drives completely and reinstalling, nothing has worked as of yet.

Sometimes I can only boot through safe-mode, otherwise the PC does not run, usually boots with distorted graphics.

System specs? Operating System?

I'm making some assumptions here as to the above questions but try this.

1. Download the latest drivers for your video card here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads

2. Download and install Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

3. Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall your current drivers.

4. Run Driver Sweeper.

5. Install new drivers that you downloaded earlier.
