Default no video full screen

Hi guys,on this site when i click full screen i get this half white and small screen,see link although this Utube video shows this issue on Utube video, this is not the case,it happens in firstrowsports only ,this in win10 with google chrome,this is a lenovo desktop with AGT ati 6450 video card,
i have 2 HP laptops running win 10 and Chrome and all good.any help would be appreciated,

Hi The only thing that comes to my mind is a driver.
AMD Radeonā„¢ HD 6450 Graphics
I have heard rumors about W10 having a lot of driver problems!!

Does it only happen on that site?

Can you right click the video, go into "settings" and in one of the tabs it should mention hardware acceleration. Try ticking/unticking the box and see what happens!

Thanks;yes i tried that,no avail,and it did this only on this one site,
well i made another clean install and it took care of it,now all good,
i loose more time trying to figure out the issue than to do a full clean install.
