No sound

Hi hope im in the right forum.Have a Inspiron 1501 with no sound other than the promp blep.

You wne there and tried to download the drivers for your OS and install them already?

Right click the speaker icon in the tray. Check that all sliders are above 0.

That could be so funny if that was the problem.


If not, try right click on the sound icon and choose playback devices.
check if your chosen speakers are set as default.

Umm what operating system do u have? Did u play sound from the computer it self or in a web browser?
