Default NO FLASH on Internet Explorer

Hi Everyone<
I need some help with a problem I have been dealing with
for a few months.
in times gone by I used to USE IP to go to Youtube and a few model boat
points 0f interest, then all of a sudden I found I could not see any
films or videos with IP I down loaded Flash many times and in the download situation Flash would ask to shut down IP as I didn't want to
do that it got left, I found I had to load on Google Chome if I think there is going to be a video'
it sounds as though there is a war going on between the two companies.

Can anyone tell me how I can get to loading Flash or some other program
that will give me

Thank you all

See if this fixes your problem, the add on is not enabled after you install it.
