Default new to win7 64 bit

hello,

i was using win7 32-bit and it works like a charm. not really quite sure if the problems that i'm having now is the cause of upgrading my 32 to 64-bit.
problems:
1.
not able to find the nvidia control panel in right click. i can't customize my resolution to 1400X900 anymore.
2.
error: callclassinstallerREMOVE when i install the driver for my webcam a4tech.
3.
some games that i have will not run anymore. could this be connected to the problem that i have in my graphics card?

need some experts help.

64 bit drivers? Try going to the website of your graphics card and download the latest drivers.
