XP pro on here, used to run a Gentoo box which was blisteringly quick but took me months to get working properly. Unfortunately the motherboard died on that one :-( Server is running debian quietly chugging away in the corner, just does its job, rock solid and reliable.

Getting a new machine soon, and that's probably going to be Gentoo again, or Suse if I can't get it running properly in any decent length of time.

i actually use two operating systems

Windows XP SP3 : For daily use of my computer such as browsing the internet playing computer games editing/viewing documents creating website and more

Windows 2000 SP4 : Yes i know its old and nobody uses it anymore but i use it to create programs in Visual studios 6 as it is the most compable version for vs6 because windows 2000 uses ie6 and doesn't support ie7 or 8
