you will need to install it to a hard drive only need RIS AND PXE when installing remotely i believe.

I have figured out how to do it all with Windows XP.

I work in the simulation field and we use Windows XP embedded. It is designed to run diskless. Now i am just trying to find a DHCP server for windows xp that supports PXE requests and I think I will have it.
