NEED XP 64-bit nForce SATA RAID Driver Floppy

I absolutely NEED the 64-bit nForce3 SATA RAID Driver floppy disk so that I can install Windows XP 64-bit Editon BETA. Perhaps a link would be helpful . And don't say "Just look around on Google" because I spent an hour looking and came up with nothing other than the drivers that you install AFTER windows. ANY help at all is welcome.
