Need Help with XP Recycle Bin

Is it possible to retrieve files that were in the recycle bin after you have emptied the recycle bin. I lost something very important to me, and i need to get it back.

theres programs online that can get u back parts of the files u deleted search online

yeah, do a google search on "FILE RECOVERY" there are programs that can, but they cost $.

theres a program called pc inspector smart recovery.i uninstalled it though.search for it on google.it is free.

theres some files on www.download.com tht will help recover files and shows all pictures and files that have ever been on ur computer, obviously unless uve formatted.

u can get ur files

u can get the files ..but u just need a recovery program ...there r many works so well ...but the 1 that i like is Recover 4 all which works in windows

theres lots of freeware stuff on there.

or you can also use Norton Systemworks... it protects the recycle bin so that you can retrive some stuff if you need it. (i think)
