Default Ned Help with Removing Drive from BIOS

Hi
I recently had a second drive that i installed windows, I have connected it via esata. Now i need help to remove this drive. I did plug it out from the computer, but now it wants me to choose which os i want to load even though i do not have anything in it. How can i remove this option from showing up??? Please help.

Ooooh, that took a few times of re-reading to understand what you meant. xD The process for this depends on your OS.. what OS do you have? Fixing this problem has nothing to do with the OS, it's something you'll need to change on the OS. It's a simple thing to change, too.
