Default Monitoring a program's Internet traffic?

I want to know just how much traffic is used when I am using a chat program such as Teamspeak. I am looking for something that will give me a line-graph, of the time I am using the program in relation to it's traffic usage.

Comodo Firewall has an active connection monitor that will show exactly what's being used by a program. There's no aggregate function though...

you'd really have to setup a traffic analyzer on your network and let it data log and give you reports.
