Hi All,

Need some help urgently.

I received an email today at work which after amending it and I then forwarded it on to someone else.

In my sent items the email is showing up as sent to the person it was intended to, but when I have printed the email off in the section where it says "sent to" it has the original senders name which WOULD BE A DISASTER IF IT HAS actually gone to him.

I have double checked my sent items and it says it has gone to the person I wanted it (i sent it to myself if anyone is wondering) to. Its just when I print it off the originals senders name comes up as the recipient.

Does anyone know anything about this, or has experienced something similar?

Could the original sender but a block on amending and forwarding the e-mail?

Thanks
C

Possibly. But I'd you Google retracting an email, so long as it hasn't been opened you can just do that.

Then copy the email into a word sheet and edit it there. Then attach to a new email and send to desired recipient.
