Microsoft Office Professional plus 2010 WORDPAD not opening

I am using MS Microsoft Office Professional plus 2010 for past 4 months in windows 7 ultimate os.
For last two days my Word 2010 and outlook not opening.
I have uninstalled and re-installed office but nothing hapened.
Below is the screen shot of the error message
