i need some help i have win 7 and office 2010 with an amd 64 x2 1.90GHz
and i go to college and they told me that i have tgo install visio and i can't install it it errors out

If you can't take a screen shot then we need you to type out the full error message.

Think of this like bringing a car in for repair: if you tell them that something needs to be fixed they won't know where to start. If you go in and say "the low fluids level light is on but I've checked and everything is in an acceptable range" they'll know where to start in fixing your problem. The same thing applies to computers.
