microsoft 2000

hi all im new to this site and completly useless with computers so please be gentle on me!!

when i look on flickr i keep getting asked to instal microsoft 2000,if i look in my compter under change/remove programs i can see various microsoft programs including 2000.

any ideas please?

which one is it asking you to install because theirs microsoft office, excel, powerpoint and so on...
