Default Message alert

Hello every one,

I am currently looking for a software that can send alert messages for the network of my company.
The messages must appear above all applications, like pop-ups.
If it doesn't require more hardware, it is a good asset.
I am testing some trials versions.

Have you ever try those kind of softwares? What do you think about them?

Thank's

Message send by a user!

Something like that:

I used a program once called Italc. It's a remote control software.
Don't know if it will work in your case.

I used it when i needed to take control over our student PC's. I'll first send a pup up with a message about what i needed to do and how long i think i will take before actually taking over the PC.
Will this software work? The other PC can only send a pup up back if it's also setup as an admin machine.
you can easily do that via the installation. Don't know it's a little too much if the only think you need is sending pupups.
This program will alow both PC's to take over control of each other (if they are both setup as admin PC's)

Thanks BikerEcho for your answer!

Yes, it looks like to be too much.

Today, I'm trying 2 software:
dMessage - le logiciel d'envoi de messages pop-up sur réseau local d'entreprise and Winpopup LAN Messenger :: Enterprise Instant Messaging

Whatever software you use must be able to grab any message and keep the following information:
Who sent the message including terminal ID
Who received the message including terminal ID
Body of the message
Date and time sent
Date and time received

If some one abuses the system and sends sexually harassing or threatening messages, data can quickly retrieved. Otherwise it's going to be a he said she said.
