Default Memory Check?

I am having a problem... Whenever I try and unrar a large winrar file, using 7zip or winrar, I am getting problems... Even files I have had for a while, that worked fine at one time. So, I am starting to think it's a memory problem. Is there anyway I can check my Ram while booted into windows?
