Default Magix movie edit pro 15 - why can't I install it.

Hi, I have just purchased a Magix movie edit pro 15 to assist me converting my homes movie tapes to dvd. Requirements are XP or Vista and I have XP. When I put the disc in it tells me to wait preparing for installation but this is as far as it goes. The help line requires registration but I cannot get on the page although it tells me to disable my pop up blocker and check to see if my javascript is enabled, I have done both of these. The other way to get help is the premium rate telephone line but this keeps me waiting. I would appreciate any advice please.
