you make whats called Hackintosh.

i believe its nigh-on compulsary to have an Intel chipset though, and the OS X you use has to be hacked (HACKintosh)

theres a guide on how to do it:

EVGA SLI Micro Z68 // Intel i5-2500k // 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz // Overclocked 2GB MSI R9 270X // Corsair Carbide SPEC-03 // Kingston Hyper-X 120GB // 2TB WD Green + 500GB WD Black

Sorry to spoil yer party, but according to Apple, what you are suggesting is illegal. I'm no lawyer, but the Apple EULA says the product should not be installed on any non-Apple products. Even though I fell asleep reading it, I think that is what it said.
