Hi everyone,
I'm planning on storing a large quantity of data on various external media with the long-term in mind. I plan to recopy it every few years, due to the short life-spans of things like cds and flash drives.
A concern that comes up is that between all that copying, some of the data may become corrupted. Manually checking for corruption between each copy is impractical. Is there a program or method that can check for data integrity over a large number of files?
