What I don't get is that these companies are spending SOOO much money to shut down p2p sites and applications, but they don't try to stop pirating where it is the biggest. And that is Usenet.

Of course they say they are trying to stop "Sharing" and usenet is not that much of a "Sharing" resource unless you upload to it. Which not too many people do. So the MPAA, RIAA, and whoever else shuts down every p2p site and application. I wouldn't care since there will always be Usenet and IRC.

How many people can read hex if only you and dead people can read hex?

hmmmm i have heard stories about longhorn, but meh who cares yes i will get it when it comes out officially i aint bothering with pirate copies and stuff

Yeah I remember someone running a really very unstable alpha version of it ages ago, pretty much like the final product I would expect
