no does not accept it. this was a computer connection to saver in our office. is it possible there is hidden password some where?

Not that I've had experience with... sounds just like the credentials got messed up somewhere.

Try booting into Safe Mode again and logging in as the other User that's on the machine.

Post back with results as there's still some more steps to get the admin account fixed.

have you ever used pass word recovery software, I installed it in another computer attached that drive to this computer,but only reads the computer password not the attached drive.

Sorry but I've never had a password problem (knock on wood) so don't have any experience with them...

Try booting the PC with a UBCD4WIN CD and using one of the password recovery tools. I've had some decent success with that approach.
