Default Linux install troubles

I just finished installing Suse Linux and now, I decided to install the newer version of Kopete. Now, I don't know what program to open at all! What in the world mus I use? The Run command in the menu? Konsole?

I Opened Konsole and this is what I typed:
file:/home/lhuser/Kopete/kopete-0.12-alpha1/install-sh

And the, I recieve this:

file:/home/lhuser/Kopete/kopete-0.12-alpha1/install-sh
Such such file or directory

WTH am I doing wrong?

OK, forget this thread. My PC won't take Linux. It makes it equal to a true toaster...I gave me temps of 75C idle... and before it becomes my center piece, might as well stick with Windows...I don't know why my box gets like that on Linux...
