So limewire is down so where would be another good place to get some music at? Any ideas

F.Y.E. they got a great selection of CDs there

Torrents. Demonoid has tons of music. Just get a torrent for a band's discography and then pick and choose what you want from that torrent. My favorite client is utorrent.

BearShare and iMesh are really good for music.

This might sound mean but how about going to itunes or zune marketplace or actually buying music rather than downloading it illegally there is a reason limewire was shutdown for good by the FCC.
