I'm pretty sure what you're talking about is illegal. I'm pretty sure you can install the OS on another PC if you remove it from the original PC provided you have a Full version of the installation media. If the OS came pre-installed on your PC then you're screwed. Of course, I'm not a lawyer, so ask Microsoft before you do anything.
