Ok so i purchased a HP Laptop with 750gig hard drive which i damaged by being heavy handed. Took it to a repair shop and replaced it with a 250 gig hard drive and had an new operating system installed Windows 7 Ultimate(previously windows 7 home premium). As you can guess i also lost access to certain programs that were on before i received the new hard drive. If i go to system restore to factory settings will i get everything back on from before the replacement hard drive or will i just have a laptop with no operating system etc?
