Unhappy Laptop hardware/software help needed

Hi my laptop randomly stopped propperly working since...my screen fell off lol.
I know how to repair the screen but when i started using an external display it was fine, but recently i turn it on and it brings it to the login screen then the problems start.

Its like a key is stuck down as it just keeeeeps typing things lol so i cant log in.

I cant do anti-virus or spyware check as i havent logged in and dont thnik viruses or spyware can effect at that stage.

I had done some recently before it happened..

I put this HDD into another laptop and it works fine so i was thinking it was the hardware so i put my HDD back into the broken one, and then disconnected the keyboard... same thing is happening...

i really dont know what can be causing it, if it was a stuck key it wud have stoopped by disconnecting the keyboard...can anyone help me please?

Many thanks
Lewis Stevens

Boot to safe mode, and then run checks, (I.E> Malwarebytes?)

Also Might be caused by something gone bad, I.E. RAM.

Is it under warranty?

OK then, no worries.

Malwarebytes is a free tool, as is SpyBot search and destroy. You can try them both if you want to, but heres the link for the Malwarebytes program anyway.

Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Run a memory diagnostics program to check the RAM, theres one here:
