Should I get the graphics drivers from my laptop provider or amd themselves and Intel, the ones on my laptop provider are out of date ??

Since it's just a laptop your not likely doing anything graphically intense. So, in general, the ones from the provider are likely to be fine. They at least are there because they are known to work. You can certainly update from the manufacturer, but it's not necessary (in my opinion).

The only time you're limited to your laptop manufacturer is if you have technology like switchable graphics. Normal video cards should get drivers from the graphics card manufacturer (eg AMD). Both will work though.

I just download mine straight from the manufacturer otherwise look for them at the parts manufacturers website.
