kinguin.net legit or scam? - Win 10

Looking to add Win 10. to a build.

Paul on newegg recommends and uses kinguin.net for his O.S needs.
Price seems to good to be true.

Legit or scam?

I've only heard good things about it, but never tried it myself. It's probably not a scam, but also, probably not 'legit' either. It depends on what the license agreement states. i can't imagine it would be -legal- for someone to resell oem or other copies of windows 10, but that doesn't mean that a copy from kinguin would fail to work.

I've used Kinguin many times for getting Windows 10 Pro keys and I can confirm that they work but you do need to use the phone activation or live chat.
