Well this is my fault for confusing you all. I found the problem. It was that Tune-up Utilities was making it not show up. I guess this will help you for someone else that gets the same problem. On Tune-up Utilities at the point when I didn't have my jump drive inserted I made it only select the drive letters that were in use. So then therefore all other drive letters not in use would not be shown. So that just confused me. I found out by changing the drive letter of my jump drive and cd drive. And believe it or not it shown my jump drive but didn't show my cd drive. I guess I should of tried that.
Jump Drive Will not show up in My Compter.
