java question

I keep getting the message "you either have javascript turned off or you do not have the latest update" type of message. I do have the latest update. Running XP Pro. on a Pent D 3.40 ghx w/ 1024 ram on a recently (couple months) new Dell desktop. What can I do to correct this?

Try going into the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Then go to the Advanced tab. Scroll down about halfway and you should see Java in there. Make sure the box is checked. It should automatically be enabled if you downloaded the latest version though.

Thanks TRDCorolla, I checked and it is checked. I am going to reboot again. For some reason, it still isn't always allowing the java script to run.
