okay itunes before formatting my drive and reinstalled my os I de authorized all the comps it worked successfully, now i reinstalled my os and try to authorize itunes so that i can listen to my bought music and music videos and movies it asks me every time i click on a file to authorize it i type in my user name n password it keeps saying ive authorized 2 out of 5 computer to play all my music then it goes to a screen where the song or video should be playing and it doesnt play it shows a black screen and it keeps doing this,
the user name and password are right btw
i have the latest version of itunes btw
any help please and thank you
