Default iTunes on a Nextbook?

A friend of mine purchased a "Nextbook" (which I haven't heard of until today) and wants to install iTunes. I did a little bit of research and really could not find any direct answers. I'm not asking anyone to waste their time doing Google searches, so if any of you have a Nextbook and are using iTunes any information would be appreciated.

As far as I know, the Nextbook is an Android based reader and I don't believe iTunes has an Android app available.

Why would anyone want to use iTunes when they didn't have to. That's the main thing I hate about my iPhone, having to use iTunes...

I hardly ever connect my iPhone up to my laptop and and sync 65 apps last night.

Thanks! The person who asked me is not very tech savvy. She actually described the device as a "Nextbook iPad." We all have our niches.

Since it is apparently Android powered I told her to download Winamp for Android which has a one-click iTunes import function. I heard a few ads for it during TWiT podcasts. Hopefully that gets her somewhere.

Thanks again for the feedback.
