I`ll try and keep this as brief as poss

advised to load OS on a seperated partition and other progs likewise

made a start ...........got 2 hhd`s in pc 1x500gb and 1x 1tb

the o/s has loaded on the partition i set aside for it but the mbr has gone to the other drive (yes i should have disconnected it)

i cant be bothered to reload windows 7 on again and go through the call to microsoft to activate it

does it matter that the mbr is on one drive and the o/s is on another
