Hi,
I got this message when I interuppted a blue screen disk scan ( you may have had this as part of the windows conifg upon boot when you load some new programes ) however as my scan progressed and reached around 70% completion the scan speed stopped to a crawl. I then interuppted ( wrongly ) the sequence and rebooted. What I had done was to cause a system conflict which resulted in causing my pc to crash...the message I got on any subsequent boot was a quickflash of a blue screen stating " isdelete programe not found " the boot then continues to desktop with the result that your screen resolution may well be out of sync. Google has some options to follow but its a hard tweak to remedy I can advise.

My only answer was a complete reinstall after two days netsiding for an answer.

Issue now resolved.
