I am looking for a program that allows me to draw on my computer screen, over any existing program that is open, circle items and, or do simple drawing over the top of the entire screen. Something like what the NFL uses when showing plays. I want to use it as an interactive communication device between buildings when we have video conference calls or just sharing computer screens. It would be nice to be able to circle an item on the screen to draw attention to it. Kind of like a interactive whiteboard that can be used over the top of an open file.
Anyone have an idea on a program that does this?
