Default Info: Windows Update Site replaced with new version V6.0

New Microsoft Update Site is launched

The new version 6.0 requires that you install digital signature which is MS Windows Verificaqtion Intermediate.

From what I read they're fortificating this site in the interest of piracy crackdown. Eventually (or did they already do this?) the old version will cease to function and redirect you to V6.

It almost locked up when I selected "Custom" install button.. geez

good looking out!
They have been requiring the genuine windows thingy on a lot of their download pages for a while...Just a matter of time till they drop the bomb on illegal M$ applications.
Although they said they would never deny anyone the updates as they needed to stop the spred of viruses and worms and trojans and the likes....what better way than to give you an update that says you are stealing my property and I have made it quit working....what a better way to stop the spred of infectous software.(LOL)
