i will say no.
it is different better then IE8. but.... google chrome or firefox is the way to go.

I agree with Echo, I tried it and I wasnt impressed at all. I was expecting a much faster internet browser from microsoft but the browser kept hanging for me, I went back to firefox and no hanging
