Get firefox or chrome?
Personnaly I use chrome as I find it much faster the IE and firefox but even firefox is an improvement to IE in my opinion.

Also to fix the error try to download and re-install IE.

Yes try to re-install IE, I stopped using IE a long time ago I believe that Chrome and Firefox are better. Sometimes Firefox crashes but with Chrome I haven't had any issues.

Hopefully you were able to fix your problem with the info that Paralized time provided.
