I'm going out on a limb here and saying whatever it is . . . . . No, it doenst exist.

My ONLY research of this (and i'm not saying it's 100%) but i've tried various searches in google of flash1296 and all it is displaying is people's usernames on Forums.
Therefore my conclusion is whatever you think this is, it isnt.

I could be wrong but it's rare that google doesnt know about something.
