A few months ago my windows 7 HP laptop stopped displaying background pictures. I can change the color of the background, but doesn't change if I tell it to do a slideshow or use a picture from my hard drive, and when I try to change the themes it only changes the look of the windows and the default sounds.
I looked it up and found a few other people having similar problems, has anyone heard how to fix it?
