How's the Vista SP1?

I have heard good and bad. Whats the bottom line truth? Did it help the system bogging OS?

Ok,basically windows vista has a few newer things added to it:
1. Tighter system
2. It is a more stable sytstem

It speed things up a tiny bit for me. I'm sure lesser computers would notice it a lot better than mine has but that's a +.

No crashes or anything since I installed it, but then again I never had crashes to begin with.
