Hey I need to know how to set up so that system restore will create a restore point every 24/48 hrs automatically. Is there anyway to do this?! Can anyone help me out? I need to do this on windows XP, but it would also be nice if someone could show me how to do this on Windows 7 as well.

I do not believe you can, and to be honest if your data is that valuable restore is not the solution. i would get an external harddrive and keep important data on there in case of system failure for which restore may be no good to you at all, its not a backup facility just a way of going backwards for minor problems.
