Default How to open .exe files at school?

I'm at school, and I have and exe file that I want to open. Its not a game or anything - it's for usb security. The admins have everything secured pretty well. Exe files are blocked. Cmd is blocked (although finding a method of opening it it's disabled). I can't change the permissions of the file.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance

We're not going to tell you or any one for that matter how to get around a security setting put in place by the admins of the system you're on. Obviously they have had a bad experience or were just thinking ahead. It's their call so you have to abide by their rules.

As Seti said, we cannot help you get around a school/company policy. Thread closed.
